Orders and Payments

Processing Time
Please allow the stated processing and shipping time for all orders. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and customisation requirements.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene reasons, wigs cannot be returned or exchanged once worn, altered, or handled excessively.Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue with the item received.

Custom Orders
Custom coloured, styled, or personalised wigs are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Product Care
Hair Space by Tee is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance, excessive heat, harsh products, colouring, or incorrect handling. Customers are encouraged to follow the recommended care instructions provided.

Colour Disclaimer
Please note that actual wig colours may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, and screen display settings.

Shipping and Delivery
Hair Space by Tee is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost parcels caused by shipping carriers once orders have been dispatched.

Deposits
All deposits are non refundable unless the order cannot be fulfilled by Hair Space by Tee.

Changes and Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has begun.
